INGREDIENTS:
1 head of young cabbage
400g baby potatoes
2 carrots
2 parsley
2 tablespoons of olive
1 onion
250 g smoked sausage
2 1/2 litres of chicken or meat broth or broth
spices: 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon savoury, 2 bay leaves and allspice
bunch of dills
- Wash the cabbage and cut it into thin and not too long strips. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel the carrots and grate on a large-mesh grater.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive in a large pot. Fry the diced onion. Add the chopped sausage and fry together. Add cabbage, potatoes and carrots.
- Pour the vegetables with broth and bring to a boil. In the meantime, season with caraway, bay leaf, herb, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add a tablespoon of oil to the soup. Add at the end add a large amount of chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
